_Question: Where is your service area?
Answer:
Our main service area is the South side of Mt. Juliet including Gladeville, Providence and
Del Webb. We also service north of Providence up to Charlie Daniels Park. If you live in Mt. Juliet and
are South of Hwy 70 give us a call or fill out our Contact Us Form, we'll let you know if we can accomodate you.

Question: What is the initial consultation for?
Answer:
The first step for a new or potential client is to schedule a free "get-acquainted" meeting. Ideally we would like to meet for the first time a couple of weeks before you plan on leaving town or need our services. This time frame gives us both plenty of time to prepare for your pets ultimate care. It is important for your pets to get acclimated with their sitter while you're still home. This allows for a smooth transition, less anxiety, and successful bonding. We will explain our services in detail and discuss your pets’ needs, habits, and schedules. We will pick up the necessary paper work we emailed you prior to this first meeting so that we have specific and detailed instructions as to how to take the best possible care of your pets while you’re away. These details help us implement our goal of mimicking, as closely as possible, the routine you follow with your pets when you’re at home. Make a list of questions for us. We will be happy to answer them during the interview or when you call.

Question:What are your office hours?
Answer:
 Our office is open Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays 10am - 2pm. Of course while we are caring for your pet we gladly take your calls anytime.

Question: Are you Insured and Bonded?
Answer
: We are insured through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC for Pet Sitting. Bonding covers theft only, and our insurance covers theft, loss of a pet, and much more.

Question: How can I be sure my pets and home will be safe?
Answer:
Our
foremost priority
is the safety and security of our clients pets and homes. During each visit we will follow a work order of strict instructions to ensure that we keep your home safe, secure, and in the same condition as when you left. We do not hire independent contractors, we are strictly a family owned and operated business.
